Territorial Scope of Sale

We sell and deliver products exclusively to customers located within the European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA). Orders placed from outside these territories will not be processed or fulfilled.

We operate as a reseller only under Act No. 250/2007 Coll. on Consumer Protection (Slovakia) and Directive 2011/83/EU (EU Consumer Rights). All products are sourced from verified EU wholesalers and stored in EU warehouses. We do not import or manufacture goods.

All product descriptions, marketing data, images, specifications, and performance claims are provided directly from the manufacturer’s official datasheet. Sciéntio makes no independent verification and assumes no responsibility for any inaccuracies. Compliance with TPD, CE, CLP, RoHS, GPSR, and all EU safety regulations is the sole responsibility of the EU importer and manufacturer. Sciéntio acts exclusively as a retailer and bears no liability in this regard. 1. Products

We offer vaping devices, e-liquids, and accessories. All items are pre-approved for sale within the EU by authorized distributors under:

We act as retailer only.

2. Age Verification (18+)

Nicotine-containing products are sold exclusively to individuals aged 18 and over. Age is verified at delivery by the courier through presentation of valid government-issued photo ID. Failure to provide ID results in non-delivery and automatic full refund. Verified at delivery per Act No. 377/2004 Coll. on Protection of Non-Smokers and TPD Art. 20.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Act No. 222/2004 Coll. on VAT. Secure payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

4. Shipping

Orders are dispatched from EU warehouses within 1–3 business days. EU-wide delivery occurs within 1–5 business days via Packeta or GLS/DHL, with full tracking provided.

Returns require prior notification via email. A prepaid return label will be provided. Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt and inspection.

Consumer Withdrawal Right
Pursuant to Articles 9 to 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and §7 et seq. of Act No. 102/2014 Coll., consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason. This right does not apply to sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once opened, in accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

6. Warranty

All products carry a 24-month statutory EU warranty 24-month per Directive 1999/44/EC enforced directly against the manufacturer. Sciéntio Laboratories spol. s r.o. does not provide repairs. Sciéntio Laboratories spol. s r.o. provide replacements.

7. Liability

Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product. We exclude all liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, health-related claims, or product misuse, except where prohibited by mandatory EU law. Liability limited to purchase price per § 420 Slovak Civil Code.

8. Data Protection

We process personal data in Full compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection. DPO: privacy@vapecheap.eu. Data is used solely for order fulfillment, delivery, and support. Contact our DPO at privacy@vapecheap.eu for access, rectification, or deletion requests.

9. Health Warning

WARNING: This product Contains nicotine. 18+ only. TPD Art. 20. Nicotine is a highly addictive substance. Not for use by non-smokers, minors, pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, or persons with cardiovascular conditions. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Slovak law. For EU consumers, all mandatory consumer protections of the Member State of habitual residence apply pursuant to Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I Art. 6).
