Age Verification Policy

1. Legal Age Requirement

Nicotine-containing products are sold exclusively to individuals aged 18 and over. Compliance with Directive 2014/40/EU (TPD) Art. 20 and Act No. 377/2004 Coll. on Protection of Non-Smokers. Underage sales are strictly prohibited. No exceptions.

2. Verification Process

Couriers apply Challenge 25: If you appear under 25, ID is mandatory. Accepted IDs: Passport, National ID, Driving License.

4. Automated Age Filters

AI scans: typing speed, IP, device, behavior
Suspicious activity → payment rejected instantly
No charge. No data stored.

5. Prohibited Sales

Minors (under 18)
Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals
Persons with cardiovascular conditions

6. Enforcement

Violations reported to Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI) and EU RAPEX system.
