Territoriaal verkoopgebied<\/strong><\/p>

Wij verkopen en leveren producten uitsluitend aan klanten binnen de Europese Unie (EU) en de Europese Economische Ruimte (EER). Bestellingen van buiten deze gebieden worden niet verwerkt of uitgevoerd.<\/p>

Wij opereren uitsluitend als wederverkoper volgens Wet nr. 250\/2007 Coll. inzake consumentenbescherming (Slowakije) en Richtlijn 2011\/83\/EU betreffende consumentenrechten. Alle producten zijn afkomstig van geverifieerde EU-groothandelaars en worden opgeslagen in magazijnen binnen de EU. Wij importeren of produceren geen goederen.<\/p>

Alle productbeschrijvingen, marketinggegevens, afbeeldingen, specificaties en prestatieclaims zijn rechtstreeks afkomstig van het offici\u00eble gegevensblad van de fabrikant. Sci\u00e9ntio voert geen onafhankelijke verificatie uit en aanvaardt geen verantwoordelijkheid voor eventuele onnauwkeurigheden. Naleving van TPD-, CE-, CLP-, RoHS-, GPSR- en alle overige EU-veiligheidsvoorschriften is de exclusieve verantwoordelijkheid van de EU-importeur en fabrikant. 1. Producten<\/h4>

Wij bieden vape-apparaten, e-liquids en accessoires aan. Alle producten zijn vooraf goedgekeurd voor verkoop binnen de EU via erkende distributeurs overeenkomstig:<\/p>

  • Directive 2014\/40\/EU (TPD)\u00a0\u2013 notified via EU-CEG<\/li>
  • Regulation (EC) No 1907\/2006 (REACH)<\/li>
  • Directive 2001\/95\/EC (GPSR)<\/li>
  • Directive 2014\/30\/EU (EMC)<\/li>
  • Directive 2011\/65\/EU (RoHS)<\/li>
  • Regulation (EC) No 1272\/2008 (CLP)<\/li><\/ul>

    Wij treden uitsluitend op als detailhandelaar.<\/p>

    2. Leeftijdsverificatie (18+)<\/h4>

    Producten die nicotine bevatten worden uitsluitend verkocht aan personen van 18 jaar of ouder. De leeftijd wordt bij levering door de koerier gecontroleerd aan de hand van een geldig, door de overheid uitgegeven identiteitsbewijs met foto. Als geen ID wordt getoond, vindt geen levering plaats en volgt automatisch volledige terugbetaling. Leeftijdsverificatie bij levering volgens Wet nr. 377\/2004 inzake bescherming van niet-rokers en TPD art. 20.<\/p>

    3. Prijzen en betalingen<\/h4>

    Alle prijzen worden vermeld in euro (\u20ac) en zijn inclusief de toepasselijke btw. Wet nr. 222\/2004 Coll. inzake btw. Veilige betalingen worden verwerkt via Stripe of PayPal in overeenstemming met de PCI-DSS-normen.<\/p>

    4. Verzending<\/h4>

    Bestellingen worden binnen 1\u20133 werkdagen verzonden vanuit EU-magazijnen. Levering binnen Nederland vindt plaats binnen 1\u20135 werkdagen via Packeta of GLS\/DHL met volledige tracking.<\/p>

    5. Retourneren en terugbetalingen<\/h4>

    Retourzendingen vereisen voorafgaande melding per e-mail. Een voorafbetaald retourlabel wordt verstrekt. Terugbetalingen worden binnen 48 uur na ontvangst en controle van het product verwerkt.<\/p>

    Herroepingsrecht van de consument<\/strong>
    Overeenkomstig artikelen 9 tot en met 16 van Richtlijn 2011\/83\/EU inzake consumentenrechten en \u00a77 e.v. van Wet nr. 102\/2014 Coll. heeft de consument het recht om binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van de goederen zonder opgave van redenen de overeenkomst op afstand te herroepen. Dit recht geldt niet voor verzegelde producten die om gezondheids- of hygi\u00ebnische redenen na opening niet kunnen worden geretourneerd, overeenkomstig artikel 16(e) van Richtlijn 2011\/83\/EU.<\/p>

    6. Garantie<\/h4>

    Alle producten vallen onder de wettelijke EU-garantie van 24 maanden overeenkomstig Richtlijn 1999\/44\/EG, uitgeoefend rechtstreeks tegenover de fabrikant. Sci\u00e9ntio Laboratories spol. s r.o. voert geen reparaties uit, maar vervangt producten.<\/p>

    7. Aansprakelijkheid<\/h4>

    Onze aansprakelijkheid is strikt beperkt tot de aankoopprijs van het product. Wij sluiten elke aansprakelijkheid uit voor indirecte, gevolg- of incidentele schade, gezondheidsclaims of verkeerd gebruik van het product, tenzij dit verboden is door dwingend EU-recht. Aansprakelijkheid is beperkt tot de aankoopprijs overeenkomstig \u00a7 420 van het Slowaakse Burgerlijk Wetboek.<\/p>

    8. Gegevensbescherming<\/h4>

    Wij verwerken persoonsgegevens volledig in overeenstemming met Verordening (EU) 2016\/679 (GDPR) en Wet nr. 18\/2018 inzake gegevensbescherming. Functionaris voor gegevensbescherming (DPO): privacy@vapecheap.eu\n\nGegevens worden uitsluitend gebruikt voor orderverwerking, levering en klantenondersteuning. Voor verzoeken om inzage, correctie of verwijdering kunt u contact opnemen met de DPO via privacy@vapecheap.eu<\/p>

    9. Gezondheidswaarschuwing<\/h4>

    WAARSCHUWING: Dit product bevat nicotine. Alleen voor volwassenen (18 +). TPD art. 20. Nicotine is een zeer verslavende stof. Niet bestemd voor niet-rokers, minderjarigen, zwangere of borstvoedende vrouwen of personen met hart- of vaatziekten. Buiten bereik van kinderen en huisdieren houden.<\/p>

    10. Toepasselijk recht<\/h4>

    Deze voorwaarden worden beheerst door het Slowaakse recht. Voor EU-consumenten gelden alle dwingende consumentenbeschermingsregels van de lidstaat van hun gewone verblijfplaats overeenkomstig artikel 6 van Verordening (EG) nr. 593\/2008 (Rome I, art. 6).<\/p>
